REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 2 years PQE in Commercial Property Law.
• Strong IT skills and experience working in private practice.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A strong work ethic and a genuine passion for commercial property law.
• A valid UK driving licence is preferred.

THE ROLE

The firm is looking to recruit a skilled Commercial Property Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Commercial Property Law to join its expanding Property Department. This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working options, allowing flexibility between home and office-based work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
• Advising clients on commercial property transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Conducting thorough due diligence on properties, identifying potential legal risks.
• Advising on lease renewals, assignments, subleases, and other lease-related matters.
• Providing legal guidance on planning applications, development projects, and infrastructure matters.
• Assisting clients with securing funding for commercial property transactions, including mortgages and charges.
• Representing clients in disputes related to commercial property, including lease disputes and property boundary issues.
• Working closely with a diverse client base, including investors, developers, landlords, businesses, and corporate groups.
