Our client, a business based in Burntwood, require a Part Time Accounts Assistant for a permanent contract. It is essential you have relevant experience in a similar role and are hardworking, conscientious, and dependable. THE ROLE
The role reports to the Financial Controller working in a small and busy team. You will be responsible for matching, batching, and processing purchase invoices and credits and posting to purchase ledger. Posting of sales ledger cash to sales ledger daily and uploading documents to banking partners. Dealing with refunds and copy invoices and general helping in the finance department. REQUIREMENTS
You will have a good understanding of the accounts function with 2 years plus experience. You will be looking to work in a small and friendly team and be flexible and organised. Knowledge of the accounts processes would be a distinct advantage and the ability to work on own initiative. A good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and Sage 50 would be an advantage. Computer literacy essential.
COMPANY BENEFITS
The company offer excellent working conditions with onsite parking. Working hours are 9.00am – 3.00pm, 30 hours per week – with some flexibility. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and salary of £25,000 per annum.
