Currently, they are actively in search of a permanent HR Advisor.

THE ROLE

As the HR Advisor, you will report directly to the HR Manager in a team of 4 staff. You will be responsible for supporting the HR function at a significant manufacturing site. Your key responsibilities will encompass coordinating recruitment and selection processes, conducting new employee inductions, managing probationary reviews, and overseeing payroll administration. Your role will extend to absence monitoring and reporting and assisting in holiday management for various departments. Furthermore, you will stay updated on policies and procedures, oversee the implementation of performance management processes, and administer employee benefit schemes.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, you should presently be working in HR and have an understanding of the manufacturing environment. You should demonstrate confidence when interacting with management and senior staff across different company departments and exhibit a commitment to compliance and legislation. Additionally, will be studying your CIPD and want to progress your HR career. You will be reliable, approachable and above all, confidential.
